- Primary Members: Any person, firm or corporation engaged as a proprietor in a business related to the Michigan composting industry, whether as a user or producer of compost products, and is engaged in such business in the State of Michigan, shall be eligible for membership in the Council as a Primary Member. Annual dues are based on volume reported annually to the DEQ at 5 cents per cubic yard. (Ex. 3,780 cubic yards would pay an annual investment of $189.00)
- Affiliate Members: Any person, firm or corporation engaged in activities related to or in support of a business related to the Michigan composting industry, shall be eligible for membership in the Council as an Affiliate Member. Affiliate members pay annual dues of $250.00
